SHIPPING

Custom orders: They ship within two weeks of ordering. All products are handmade and made to order which is why it takes two weeks.

Note: The two week timeline is for US orders only. International Shipping can takes an additional 3-14 days to receive.

Pre-Made Bikinis: Ships within 2 Business Days.

Note: If you order a Custom piece AND a Pre-Made piece, both pieces will ship together at the latter date. You must order separately if you want the Pre-Made Piece to arrive earlier.

 

US DOMESTIC + HAWAII = $2.00 SHIPPING

    • Once shipped, it will take up to 3 business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL = $12.00 (USD)

    • Time varies. Can take up to 14 business days to arrive once shipped . Usually arrives in less time.

EXCHANGES

We do accept exchanges!

    • Terms:
      • Items that you wish to exchange must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
      • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
      • We only accept items for exchange after they have been inspected to make sure the pieces have not been washed, worn, or damaged.
        • All bottoms must have original hygiene liner.
        • Bottoms will not be accepted if hygiene liner has been reattached or is not present.
      • You will not be reimbursed for the previous shipping fee.
      • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • The Process:
  1. Please email us at CONTACT@BLUEHOUSEBIKINIS.COM and let us know you will be sending us your bikini.
  2. Package your bikini up in a mailer with your contact information and send it back to us.
  • We recommend sending it back to us in via First Class USPS. You will receive 3 day shipping and a tracking code for your package for about $3. We do not recommend using boxes or Priority mail (unless you need to send in a rush) as that price starts out at about $7.

  • We will send you an email when we receive your bikini.
  • Pick out a new size or style and let us know via email.
**We CANNOT guarantee that the item you wish to get in a different size or color will still be available when we receive your item. 

     

    REFUNDS

      • We do not currently accept returns or refunds. Any lost packages are the responsibility of USPS and all inquiries should be addressed to them. Please make sure you double check your shipping address before submitting your order to reduce any complications with USPS.
